Payments

We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Cash App, Bank Transfer, e-Check, PayPal and Bitcoin/Ethereum.

We confirm all payments every business day from 9am - 12pm noon PST. 

Once we confirm your payment, your order will be shipped out and a tracking number will be emailed to you.

New eCheck payments take 3-5 business days for the payment to clear because the 3rd party e-check system has to verify that your account information is correct in order for us to receive the funds. Although it may appear that the funds have been withdrawn from your account, it doesn't mean we have actually received the funds yet. 

Once your payment comes through on our side, we will ship out your order and send you the tracking number.

Flex payment is NOT a payment plan. This method is for contracted customers. All orders must be paid upon check out.

Our accounting department confirms all payments Mon-Fri between 11am-noon PST.

Once confirmed and processed, the order will ship and your tracking number will be emailed to you.

Unfortunately once a purchase has been made we have no ability to alter the invoice since the payment has already been made.

Shipping

Each weekday, within 24 hours of placing your order, your shipping label will be printed and you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number. Since we don’t ship on weekends and major holidays, orders placed after 12 pm Friday will be shipped on next business day and you will receive your tracking number.

* Please note: Most cities do not offer FedEx overnight on weekends if the order is placed on a Friday. We only ship on business days. If you place your order over the weekend, you won’t receive your order the next day. Overnight orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped overnight on Monday.

If your order has been submitted we can only change a shipping address before it has left our facility.

USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as “delivered” prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day.

Here are some tips from USPS.

  • Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation we sent.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • Look around the delivery location for your package.
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery.
  • Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
  • Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may show they are delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
  • If you haven't received your package, contact us. We'll do everything we can to help.

Please note that USPS can not be responsible for missing or stolen packages.

If your package’s tracking status says it was delivered but you can’t find it, go to the FedEx tracking page and follow these steps:

  1. Enter your tracking number.
  2. Select Manage Delivery, then Report Missing Package. (If you aren’t logged in to a FedEx account, you’ll be asked to enter the original delivery address of your package. Enter that info, then click Continue.)
  3. Confirm that you’ve checked everywhere the package might have been left by clicking Yes.
  4. Enter your contact information, including your name, phone number, and email address (optional).
  5. Click Submit, and you’ll receive a case number assigned to your report.
  6. Click Done. FedEx will contact you as soon as possible to help locate your missing package.

We do not offer international shipping. 

“Cold shipping” is not required.

All of our products are manufactured with the Lyophilization process (freeze drying process) which makes all of our products 100% stable for shipping for 3-4 months. The peptides do not become "active" until they are mixed (reconstituted) with bacteriostatic water. Once mixed they MUST be stored in the fridge at all times and will last for up to 30 days.

Lyophilization, also known as cryodesiccation, is a dehydration process that is used to preserve perishable materials. Peptides are lyophilized by a machine which reduces the surrounding pressure in the peptide vial to allow the frozen water (solution) to sublimate directly from the solid phase to the gas phase, leaving a crystalline white structure that is the lyophilized peptide. The puffy white "powder" can then be reconstituted (mixed with a diluent) at a later time. Peptides that are not lyophilized will degrade much more rapidly.

Our automated shipping system begins processing your order right away. Once placed, your order cannot be canceled and changes cannot be made.

If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel your order then please email us HERE and we will do our best to accommodate you. We cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations depending on where it is in the processing/shipping system.

During checkout, you will have the option to register or check out as a guest. The registration does not take any extra time, and will enable you to check order status, change your account information and access your past orders by logging in to our website. It also speeds up the process of checkout for future orders. If you choose not to create an account during checkout and have questions about the status of your order, please email us HERE.

Due to the nature of our research products, we cannot accept returns. We cannot restock or resell any returned products, even if they are unopened. They must be discarded.

Product

We have been manufacturing peptides and proteins here in the USA over 15 years. Our lab utilizes the highest quality, state of the art technology for purity testing in the industry. All of our HPLC and MS equipment is calibrated regularly to ensure 100% accuracy in our testing of all batches. Our analysis procedures are extensive and extremely accurate.

We recommend storing the peptides in a refrigerator upon receiving.  

They can be stored for up to 2 years. (Unmixed)

For long term storage, you can store them in the freezer for up to 3+ years. (Unmixed)

Once the peptides are reconstituted (mixed), they must be stored in the refrigerator at all times and will last up to 30 days.

All of our peptides come in a lyophilized (freeze dried powder) form for maximum stability. 

If you premix the peptides then they are at risk for faster degradation because once you mix the peptides gets activated and the clock starts ticking immediately on the peptides shelf life.

Furthermore, the premixed peptides are subjected to "shock, impact and heat damage" during shipping. There's no way to prevent the peptide in liquid form from getting jarred inside the FedEx or USPS Trucks.

All of our "Cosmetic peptides" are for topical research use only. 

Those products are found in the "Cosmetic Peptide" section of our website. They are very highly concentrated and highly purified cosmetic peptides. (200mg of peptide looks like small grains of salt or sand inside the plastic tube.)

Since our cosmetic peptides are very concentrated you can mix 50mg or more for every 1oz of skin care serum.

  • MIX INTO SKIN CARE SERUMS (not creams)

1oz - Mix in at least 50mg of the cosmetic peptide

All of our peptides are vacuum sealed for stability and sterility.

During the lyophilization (freeze drying) process is when the vacuum sealing takes place. Some of the products are lyophilized and vacuum sealed at higher or lower pressures than others depending on stability factors of the peptide.

This is calibrated by our chemists. The procedures we take during the lyophilization and sealing processes are to ensure the highest purity and stability of all our products.


All peptides in the lyophilized form must be properly reconstituted with bacteriostatic water prior to research use.

For our lab research use, we use 1 or 2ml mix of water to reconstitute each vial. The vial fits up to 3ml of water.

It’s the math calculating the mg/ml ratio that matters. 

Mg = unit of measurement for solids (peptides which are in powder form)

ML = unit of measurement for liquids (bac water which you use to mix)

Peptides(mg) + bac water(ml) = solution (mg/ml)
