FAQs

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, ACH payments, and bank transfers. We also support cryptocurrency payments, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and USDC.

We verify all Zelle and bank transfer payments daily between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM (PST).

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment, and you will receive an email with your tracking number.

The “Pending Payment” status means we have not yet received or confirmed your payment.

The reason depends on the payment method you used:

ACH: ACH payments typically take 1–3 business days to be processed by your financial institution. Your order will remain in “Pending Payment” until the funds clear and are confirmed.

Zelle: Zelle payments are usually confirmed the same business day. If your order is still pending after sending a Zelle payment, it means our accounting team has not yet verified it. Once verified, your order will move forward for processing and shipping.

Credit Card or Apple Pay: If your order remains in “Pending Payment,” it means we have not received your payment. In some cases, your bank may decline or hold the transaction without displaying an error message. Please contact us HERE

Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC): Transactions are typically confirmed within minutes. However, if your payment takes longer than 15 minutes, it may require manual acceptance due to network or currency delays. Please contact us HERE so we can manually confirm and accept your payment.

Once your payment is confirmed and processed, your order will automatically update to “Processing,” and a tracking number will be emailed to you after shipment.

Please contact the Customer Service Team  ([email protected])  if you need any further assistance.

"FLEX Payment" is not a payment plan and cannot be used for installments.

It is a payment method reserved for pre-qualified customers or those experiencing checkout issues.

All orders must be paid in full before shipment.

Please contact the Customer Service Team ([email protected]) if you need any further assistance.

Unfortunately, once a purchase is completed, we cannot alter the invoice or apply a discount retroactively, as payment has already been processed.

Please note that coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds.

Please contact the Customer Service Team if you need any further assistance. We will do our best to try assist.

If you're experiencing issues paying with a credit card, it could be due to a mismatch in billing information, a declined transaction from your card issuer, or a temporary issue with the payment gateway.

We recommend double-checking that your billing address matches exactly with what your bank has on file.

If you'd like, we can also help troubleshoot the issue further. Please contact the Customer Service Team if you need any further assistance. We will do our best to try to help.

When a payment is declined, your bank may still place a temporary authorization hold on the funds. This is not an actual charge, but a pending transaction your bank uses to verify the payment attempt.

Most banks automatically release these holds within 1–7 business days (timeframes may vary depending on your financial institution).

If the pending charge does not disappear after that period, we recommend contacting your bank directly. You can also reach out to our Customer Service Team at [email protected] if you need further assistance.

Please note that once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the destination address.

USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as “delivered” prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day.

Here are some tips from USPS.

  • Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation we sent.
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery.
  • Check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
  • If you haven't received your package, contact us. We'll do everything we can to help.

Please note that USPS can not be responsible for missing or stolen packages.

If you still can’t locate your package after completing the above steps, please contact us here with your order details HERE We’ll do our best to assist you further.

If your package’s tracking status says it was delivered but you can’t find it, go to the FedEx tracking page and follow these steps:

  1. Enter your tracking number.
  2. Select Manage Delivery, then Report Missing Package. (If you aren’t logged in to a FedEx account, you’ll be asked to enter the original delivery address of your package. Enter that info, then click Continue.)
  3. Confirm that you’ve checked everywhere the package might have been left by clicking Yes.
  4. Enter your contact information, including your name, phone number, and email address (optional).
  5. Click Submit, and you’ll receive a case number assigned to your report.
  6. Click Done. FedEx will contact you as soon as possible to help locate your missing package.

We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

No, cold shipping is not required. All of our peptides are manufactured using the lyophilization (freeze-drying) process, which keeps them stable for 3–4 months at room temperature during shipping and storage.

  • Before reconstitution: Peptides remain stable in their lyophilized (powder) form and do not require refrigeration.

  • After reconstitution: Once mixed with bacteriostatic water, peptides must be stored in the refrigerator and used within 30 days.

About Lyophilization:
Lyophilization (freeze-drying) is a preservation method where frozen water is removed from the vial through sublimation (transitioning directly from ice to vapor under reduced pressure). This process leaves a stable crystalline powder that protects the peptide until reconstitution. Peptides that are not lyophilized degrade much more quickly.

Yes. We ship to both P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note:

  • Carrier: USPS is the only carrier available for these destinations.

  • Transit times: Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses may take longer than standard shipments. We recommend allowing a little extra time for your order to arrive.

Product

We have been manufacturing peptides and proteins here in the USA over 16 years. Our lab utilizes the highest quality, state of the art technology for purity testing in the industry. All of our HPLC and MS equipment is calibrated regularly to ensure 100% accuracy in our testing of all batches. Our analysis procedures are extensive and extremely accurate.

We recommend storing the peptides in a refrigerator upon receiving.

They can be stored for up to 2 years. (Unmixed)

For long term storage, you can store them in the freezer for up to 3+ years. (Unmixed)

Once the peptides are reconstituted (mixed), they must be stored in the refrigerator at all times and will last up to 30 days.

All of our peptides come in a lyophilized (freeze dried powder) form for maximum stability.

If you premix the peptides then they are at risk for faster degradation because once you mix the peptides gets activated and the clock starts ticking immediately on the peptides shelf life.

Furthermore, the premixed peptides are subjected to "shock, impact and heat damage" during shipping. There's no way to prevent the peptide in liquid form from getting jarred inside the FedEx or USPS Trucks.

Lyophilization, also known as cryodesiccation, is a dehydration process that is used to preserve perishable materials. Peptides are lyophilized by a machine which reduces the surrounding pressure in the peptide vial to allow the frozen water (solution) to sublimate directly from the solid phase to the gas phase, leaving a crystalline white structure that is the lyophilized peptide. The puffy white "powder" can then be reconstituted (mixed with a diluent) at a later time. Peptides that are not lyophilized will degrade much more rapidly.

All of our "Cosmetic peptides" are for topical research use only.

Those products are found in the "Cosmetic Peptide" section of our website. They are very highly concentrated and highly purified cosmetic peptides. (200mg of peptide looks like small grains of salt or sand inside the plastic tube.)

Since our cosmetic peptides are very concentrated you can mix 50mg or more for every 1oz of skin care serum.

  • DO NOT RECONSTITUTE WITH WATER
  • MIX INTO SKIN CARE SERUMS (not creams)

1oz - Mix in at least 50mg of the cosmetic peptide

2oz - Mix in at least 100mg of the cosmetic peptide

Many researchers use more (100mg or more)

This mixing protocol will make the 200mg cosmetic peptide last 4-6 months if you add 50mg per ounce into your skin care serums each month.

We do not and cannot sell bac water or syringes by law because they are prescription only items.

You can purchase bac water and other research supplies at www.bacteriostaticwater.com

For proper reconstitution, the Hospira/Pfizer brand (pink-labeled bottle) is the only brand we can verify for research use.

We specialize in the synthesis of highly purified peptides, proteins and amino acid derivatives for scientific research and development.  The products we offer are intended for laboratory research use or production use only, not for human use directly.

We cannot and do not provide any personal use suggestions or information by law.

All of our peptides are vacuum sealed for stability and sterility.

During the lyophilization (freeze drying) process is when the vacuum sealing takes place. Some of the products are lyophilized and vacuum sealed at higher or lower pressures than others depending on stability factors of the peptide.

This is calibrated by our chemists. The procedures we take during the lyophilization and sealing processes are to ensure the highest purity and stability of all our products.

All peptides in the lyophilized form must be properly reconstituted with bacteriostatic water prior to research use.

For our lab research use, we use 1 or 2ml mix of water to reconstitute each vial. The vial fits up to 3ml of water.

It’s the math calculating the mg/ml ratio that matters.

Mg = unit of measurement for solids (peptides which are in powder form)

ML = unit of measurement for liquids (bac water which you use to mix)

Peptides(mg) + bac water(ml) = solution (mg/ml)
